  11. I haven't as of yet received the disk/software but I finally received 
  12. confirmation from the author on its delivery.  Now I am just waiting for
  13. the disk to arrive.

  15. I am a bit of an impatient person as at work I am spoiled - 36 hours is
  16. usually the maximum waiting period for any of the computer equipment or 
  17. software I order - well - once it gets through purchasing :)
